It's simple: Serve the customer's needs. Don't leave the job until the client says that the job is right. Be honest, be sincere, be upfront and, above all, be dependable. I also believe in treating my employees as well as my customers fairly and with integrity. If that sounds like the Golden Rule at work, I believe that it is. I make no apology for living my faith because I believe it is right way for me and the way I want my customers and employees to be treated.
I take great pride in the fact that more than 2,300 of my clients have been "repeat" customers. Because they liked my work the first time, they haven't hesitated to call me again when they needed repairs or wanted to upgrade, modernize or expand their living spaces.
Since I was your first customer over 25 years ago, I would like to thank you for your expertise and patience over the years. Your work, trust and honesty you display in work ethics has been a pleasure in working with you.
