It's simple: Serve the customer's needs. Don't leave the job until the client says that the job is right. Be honest, be sincere, be upfront and, above all, be dependable. I also believe in treating my employees as well as my customers fairly and with integrity. If that sounds like the Golden Rule at work, I believe that it is. I make no apology for living my faith because I believe it is right way for me and the way I want my customers and employees to be treated.
I take great pride in the fact that more than 2,300 of my clients have been "repeat" customers. Because they liked my work the first time, they haven't hesitated to call me again when they needed repairs or wanted to upgrade, modernize or expand their living spaces.
I first became acquainted with Mike Finch in approximately 2005 when I noticed his bright red pickup in the alley behind my house. He was doing some work for a neighbor. I asked for a business card because I often needed someone to do 'handyman' jobs for me and used his services soon after that.
I have always been satisfied with his workmanship and his integrity. He is prompt, dependable and reliable. I believe him to be honest and fair and now value him as a friend. You can't go wrong when you secure the services of the 'Ole Handyman'.
