It's simple: Serve the customer's needs. Don't leave the job until the client says that the job is right. Be honest, be sincere, be upfront and, above all, be dependable. I also believe in treating my employees as well as my customers fairly and with integrity. If that sounds like the Golden Rule at work, I believe that it is. I make no apology for living my faith because I believe it is right way for me and the way I want my customers and employees to be treated.
